Obasi Ngwuta is a 23-years veteran of the financial services industry in Nigeria having worked in consulting, stock broking, insurance and banking. He is the Founder & Chairman of Africa Bancassurance Academy and also Director General/Chief Executive Officer of West Africa Business School, a foremost regional training institution for business, leadership and management education in Sub-Saharan Africa. In this role for the past 9 years, he is responsible for the regional institution's leadership and business strategy execution including Knowledge Management, Executive Education, Certification Training, Development and Implementation of Corporate Training Programmes, Marketing of International Conferences, Workshops and Seminars, Research & Development Consultancy, International Business Alliance Networks Development, Feasibility Study and Business Research Projects. Mr. Ngwuta was at various times Head of Bancassurance and Relationship Manager SME Banking at Standard Chartered Bank Nigeria; Group Head, Business Solutions Development at UBA Insurance Limited; Head, Products, Branding & Marketing Support at UBA Metropolitan Insurance Limited; Head, Corporate Planning & Risk Management at Sovereign Trust Insurance Plc; and General Manager, Operations at Intellbank Consulting Ltd. He is an expert in Bancassurance, Business Risk Management, Oil & Gas Insurance, and Banking Training. He has extensive experience with large-scale financial products development, including the successful United Bank of Africa rollout of mass market insurance products in Nigeria in 2006. Mr. Ngwuta is a graduate of University of Science and Technology, Enugu and Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife where he obtained his Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Insurance & Risk Management and Master in Business Administration (MBA) degrees respectively. Mr. Ngwuta is a longtime member of the British Project Management Professionals (BPMP), Centre for Management Development (CMD), Nigerian Institute of Management (ANIM), Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria, Chartered Institute of Securities & Investments UK as well as Risk and Insurance Managers Society of Nigeria (RIMSON) where he was the chairman of the technical and education committee for many years. Mr. Ngwuta is the Author of many books including the 546 pages bestselling professional insurance book titled “Modern Insurance Business Management” published in 2007 by Nigeria Insurers Association (NIA). Greg has a degree in mathematics from the University of Benin Benin-City, a Master’s degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Lagos. He also has a Diploma in Law from Lagos State University and a Doctorate Degree in Computers and Information Systems Security from Northcentral University, Arizona, USA.
He has over a dozen of other professional certifications in accounting, auditing and information technology; these include Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (FCA) of Nigeria, Certified Information Systems Auditor, Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control. Others are Certified Ethical Hacker, Certified in Computer Hacking and Forensic Investigation, Certified Security Analyst, ISO 27001 LA Certification, and Certified IT Practitioner of the Computer Registration Council of Nigeria.
Over the last twenty-five years, Dr. Ezeilo has been practicing in financial services, corporate planning, computers and network security, systems audit, forensic investigation, public finance management and audit. He is an IFEMIS/SIFMIS expert. Dr. Ezeilo is a consultant to the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, Financial Institutions Training Centre, and a few Multilateral Institutions including; the World Bank, the European Union and the British Department for International Developments (DFID) on Information Technology, Governance, Public Finance Management and IFEMIS/SIFMIS. He the founder and President/CEO of Forensic and Digital Support Limited, a forensic audit and investigation firm in Nigeria. Dr. Greg Ezeilo is the currently the Technical Adviser to the Public Accounts Committee of the National Assembly Abuja.

Professor Ikokwu is the Executive Director of Programmes and Lead Faculty for the Green Business and Sustainability Solutions Programmes at West Africa Business School. He brings integrity and experience of more than twenty years in Business and International Development Management; Education, Training and Capacity Building. His background includes Natural Sciences (Developmental Biology and Pollution Studies), Humanities (Environment and Development Education) and Management (International Development).
A multi-skilled humanity, Prof. Ikokwu received the award of Professor of International Education in 2009 from Ternopil Ivan Pul’uj National Technical University, Ukraine. Apart from his various online executive coaching programmes, he is also a facilitator and Adjunct Faculty at the Institute of Continuing Education of National Dragomanov Pedagogical University, Kiev, Ukraine. He was decorated with Gold Medal Award for his achievements in the spheres of International Education by the Ministry of Education and Science, Ukraine in April 2009. He was Nigeria’s National Correspondent at the Malta based United Nation’s Future Generations Programme from 1996 to 1999. In that capacity, he successfully interfaced with governments, development partners, private sector, religious institutions and civil societies in promoting sustainable development and intergenerational equity. He has also made tremendous contributions to the United Nations International Strategy for Disaster Reduction (UNISDR) via the Global Risks Forum – organizers of the International Disaster and Risks Conference (IDRC) Switzerland; where he had continued to serve as a resource person right from inception in 2006.
Prof. Ikokwu is a distinguished knowledge manager who has keen understanding of administrative issues with strong analytical skills and retains unparalleled ethical standards. He has served and currently serving at so many international committees in Switzerland, Ukraine and the United States.
He has held senior management positions in several Government institutions such as – Executive Staff Consultant to Nigerian Senate Committee on Environment. He has consulted for various Federal Ministries, Departments and Agencies of Government in Nigeria including National Automotive Council and Nigeria Academy of Science amongst others. Dr. Edward Kwapong is the Director, Ghana & Anglophone West Africa in West Africa Business School. He is also the Chief Executive Officer, HR Perspectives Ltd, Ghana. Dr. Edward Kwapong, is an HR Practitioner with over 30 years’ experience in leading companies in Ghana and beyond. Prominent among these companies are Volta River Authority, Ashanti Goldfields Company, Ghana Commercial Bank, First Merchant Bank of Malawi and the Trust Bank of the Gambia. He also served as a Consultant for the UNDP in Sierra Leone as well as International Bank, Liberia. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of HR Perspective Limited, an HR Consulting Firm.
In 2011, he was honoured with the HR Leadership Award under the Global HR Excellence Awards in Mumbai, India. Edward is a proud product of St. Peter’s Secondary School, Nkwatia, Kwahu (Ghana) from where he entered University of Ghana for both his 1st and 2nd Degrees. Again, he pursued a Graduate Certificate program in Job Evaluation and Salary Evaluation from the Solihull College, Birmingham in the United Kingdom. Edward also studied Law at the Ghana School of Law and was called to the Bar in 2000. His specialty is Labour Law. Finally, he was awarded a Doctorate Degree by the Pan African Bible Seminary following a research work he undertook titled “Human Resource Development: A Key to Inmates (Prison) Transformation”. Mr. Ansumana Kunta Mambouray is the Regional Director, West Africa Business School and Head of the Gambia. He takes full responsibility for leadership, management and supervision of all learning & development operations in the Gambia and other English speaking West Africa.
Mr. Ansumana K. Mambouray is a distinguished professional of the highest standard and son of the Gambia. After 13 years of meritorious service in the West African Monetary Institute (WAMI), he retired in 2014 as Chief Administrative Officer, WAMI. Prior to his work at WAMI, Mr. Mambouray served as Director, Foreign Exchange Department in the Central Bank of the Gambia for 17 years between 1984-2001. He had joined the Central Bank of the Gambia in 1978 as an Economist and between 1981/82 he was appointed on secondment by the Central Bank of the Gambia to the General Merchants and Financial Institutions Bank (GMFI), as Assistant Manager/Advisor to the Managing Director to conduct the daily affairs of the bank.

Princess Onyemaechi is an educationist and professional teacher of many years of experience. She is the Acting Director of Human Resources, Administration and Corporate Services in West Africa Business School.
Princess Onyemaechi attended St. Rose Girls Grammar School in Ogwashi-uku Delta State Nigeria where she obtained her West Africa School Certificate (WASC) in 1993 and Lagos City Computer College now Lagos City Polytechnic Ikeja Lagos where she obtained her Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in Computer Science. Princess Onyemaechi also attended Oxford Computer College in 1999-2000 as well as Speed Way Information Technology Institution 2013-2014 where she received her Professional Dipolma in Desktop Publishing and certification in Computer Appreciation respectively. She is a graduate of the National Teachers’ Institute, Kaduna where she obtained her National Certificate in Education (NCE) in 2018. She studied Business Education at Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree at the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN), Lagos.
Princess Onyemaechi started her working career in 1991 at Anuoluwapo Nursery/ Primary School, Oregun Ikeja Lagos where she served for 5 years as Primary 2 and 3 Class Teacher. In order to expand her Knowledge, build capacity and acquire more strategic skills in the corporate world, Princess Onyemaechi joined British American Insurance Company (Baico Ins. Plc) Lagos in 1996 and held the position of Computer Operator. She was a member of the project team that implemented the first generation of insurance business computerization project in the Nigerian insurance industry called Complete Insurance Business Application Software (CIBAS). After spending some years in Baico Ins. Plc, Princess Onyemaechi moved to West Africa Business School in 2004 where she served in the position of Administration and Computer Operations Officer rising to the position of Director in 2014.
In pursuit of her passion for the teaching and education profession, Princess Onyemaechi returned to teaching as Primary Class Teacher at TKC Nursery and Primary School, Fagba Lagos State. She has contributed tremendously towards the growth of the school especially in the area of adapting teaching methods and instructional materials to meet pupil’s varying needs and interests; after school tutor assisting third grade pupils with gaining a better understanding of different reading strategies and maths concepts; and serving as member of the organizing committee at the Tkc annual inter-house sports. Princess Onyemaechi is happily married with grown up children.
